Extra 30% Off J.Crew's Spring Sale {oh yeah!}

"Thanks!" to many of you, who shared the following promotion from J.Crew this morning.

J.Crew is offering customers to take an additional 30% off all sale items (no min) with promo code SUNSHINE. Yey! This code expires Sunday, May 5, 2013. The fine print includes:

Offer not valid in J.Crew or J.Crew Factory stores, at jcrewfactory.com or on phone orders. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash or used in combination with any other offer. To redeem, enter code SUNSHINE in the promo box when checking out. Limit one promo code per order. Terms of offer are subject to change. 

I love that this offer is available so quickly after the last 25% off anything promo. But I am hoping the fine print is wrong, and that it is available both online and in-store purchases. Especially since stores have lower price points for the same items on sale online.

Take for example the {adorably-chic} Circle-Print Chambray Popover (Item 30313; $88.00) which is currently on sale for $69.99 online, and $49.99 in stores. That is a $20 difference before any other additional discount is applied. That is a pretty substantial discrepancy in price.

Lastly, J.Crew had a nice update to their Spring Sale section online (click here) earlier this morning. Some merchandise increase for everyone (900+ for Women and 260+ for Men).
